- Wash and remove both tapering ends and remove seeds and Cut it straight..
- Mix rice flour,corn flour,chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder,salt and sprinkled water and mix well..
- Heat oil in kadai and it's hot, add the bitter gourd.make sure them none of them are stuck to each other..
- Cook in medium flame until the bubbles and sounds ceases..
- It should be golden in colour drain in paper towel..
