  10. It's 1 tablespoon of tomato puree.
  11. It's of Quarter of a cup of quorn frozen soya. (optional).
  12. It's of Quarter of finely chopped chorizo (optional not with soya).
  13. Prepare of Grated english cheddar cheese (optional).
  14. Prepare of Nachos & sour sauce (optional).
  15. It's of Water to rehydrate as seen.

  1. Add finely chopped onions, frozen vegetables, garlic and garlic puree and fry at medium heat. Optional soya or chorizo.
  2. Add brocoli. Boil half cup of rice.
