- Prepare 2 tsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Mustard seeds.

- Prepare 1 of Medium Size Onion chopped.

- Peel off the pumpkin skin, take out the seeds and cut into small cubes..
- In a kadai, add oil. Once oil gets heat, add mustard seeds and urad dal. Fry it..
- Add onions, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till onions becomes translucent..
- Add turmeric powder, pumpkin, chilli powder and salt. Mix well..
- Add very little water because pumpkin itself releases water when it cooks. Cover and cook till pumpkin gets cooked and water gets absorbed..
- Switch off the flame, add jaggery powder and ghee after 10 mins. Mix well..
- Transfer to a bowl. Now it's ready to serve for your lunch..
