- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of corn flour.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 3 tsp of Curd.
- It's as needed of Oil for frying.
- Prepare 4 tsp of Rice flour.

- Cut the butter gourd into thin slices. Remove the seeds if needed..
- Now add some salt and curd and mix the bitter gourd slices in them. This is done to reduce the bitter taste. Allow it to sit for an hour. Once done wash it with water.
- To the washed bitter gourd, add some chilli powder, corn flour 1 spoon, rice flour 1 spoon, salt as per taste and mix well..
- Let the mixture sit for a minimum of 10 mins..
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bitter gourd slices..
- Now the crispy and tasty bitter gourd is ready to serve. It can go well with rice or can be served as snacks too.
