- Take a Pan and add Soaked Dal Mash (With 2 cups of Water) and Boiled it till tender. It shouldn't be too soft.Turn off the flame and keep aside..
- Now take another Pan and add 1/4 Cup ghee and add Onion and fry it until light pink color, add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Saute for a while then add garlic Paste, ginger chopped and stir it,.
- Add turmeric powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, crushed red chilli, coriander powder.and some chopped green chillies. Stir it well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame..
- After that add Boiled Dal Mash and mix it well and add 1/2 cup water, cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes..
- Now Open the lid and stir it and add Garam Masala Powder and mix it well..
- For baghar heat 1/4 cup ghee in a pan and add sliced onion when it turns golden add cumin seeds.
- Cook for 30 seconds and pour this on the cooked daal..
