- For Balls:: Take a mixing bowl put in all chopped mixed Veggies. Combine all ingredients except oil and cornstarch. Mix well..
- Now mix binding agent cornstarch mix well for a minute then make balls. Keep aside..
- On medium flame heat oil in a wok. Put all balls for deep frying. After a few intervals flip it and deep-fry it until becomes light golden. Turn off the heat. Take out the balls on tissue paper. Keep aside..
- Now make corn starch water, take a bowl put corn starch and mix 3/4 cup water gradually in it and make fine paste. Keep aside..
- On medium flame heat oil in a wok. Add asafoetida and saute for few seconds. Mix ginger, chilli and capsicum cubes and saute for 30 seconds. Now add soya sauce red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup saute nicely..
- Now add 2 glasses of water. Saute it. When water comes to boil add corn starch water. Stir continuously for a minute. Now add MANCHURIAN BALLS. Now add salt, pepper powder, Ajinomoto and cook for a minute. Turn off the heat..
