Ingredients of Fry Kabab
- It's 1 kg of bareek qeema.
- It's 1 tbsp of meat tenderizer.
- It's Half of cup yoghurt.
- It's 1.5 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 3 tbsp of besan.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of red chillies.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of garam masala powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of chilli flakes.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of haldi.
- It's 1 of small onion.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 cup of oil/ ghee or butter.
- You need 1 tbsp of fresh black pepper grounded.
Fry Kabab step by step
- Marinate qeema with tenderizer, ginger garlic paste and yoghurt for half and hour..
- Now in a pan put all dry ingredients and roast dry masala till you get smell of besan and masala and it slightly changes the colour..
- Fry one small onion in ghee or oil once it get golden now add marinated qeema fry a little then add one cup of water and cook on dum with lid tightly covered for 30 mins..
- Be careful if water dries out you can add more water After 30 mins check the consistency if it is fine then give coal sum..
- Serve with chapati or parathas..
