Ingredients of Arbi Stir Fry
- It's 1/2 kg of Arbi(taro root).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Curry leaves.
- It's 1 of green chilli.
- You need 1 tsp of haldi (turmeric powder).
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Jeera /cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1 tsp of tamarind pulp.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's As needed of Oil.
Arbi Stir Fry instructions
- Wash the arbi properly..
- Take a pan add water bring it to boil..add salt and arbi..and let it boil for around 5 to 8 minutes..
- Drain the water..let the arbi cool down.Once cooled peel it and slice it..
- Take a pan..add oil..once hot add hing..curry leaves,green chilli..add the arbi and salt, saute it for around 5 minutes..
- Add the dry spices give it a nice mix..let it cook for some time..add tamarind pulp..stir it well.Let it cook for 10 minutes..
- Garnish it with coriander....
