- It's 1/4 kg of lady's finger.
- You need 1 table spoon of oil.
- Prepare 1 tea spoon of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 spoon of jeera powder.
- It's 1 pinch of turmeric,.
- It's 1 tea spoon of salt.
- It's as required of few chopped onion,curry leaves.
- You need as required of mustard seeds,urad dal little.
Cut it into thin circles as shown below. It gives even more crispier fries. If you are not adding enough water to bind the flour to the ladies finger, the fries will come out so white and wont turn golden while frying and it. Vendaikkai fry(lady's finger) step by step
- 1st place a kadai pour some oil,.
- Put some mustard seeds urad dal after put some chopped onions and curry leaves.
- Then put the cutted lady's finger saulte for 5 mins.
- Now add all the masala powders.
- Mix it well and close it with a lid for 5 mins.
- After 5 mins open the lid and fry till it is cooked well.
