  1. It's 1/2 kg of Beef boneless.
  2. It's 1 tbsp of Yogurt.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of Oil.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Salt.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. It's 1 tsp of Red chilli flakes.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Chaat masala.
  9. It's 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin roasted & crushed.
  11. It's 1 tsp of Coriander seeds roasted & crushed.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice.
  13. It's 1 tbsp of Green chilli paste.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of bhona chana powder.
  15. It's 2 tbsp of Kacha papaya paste.
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp of Cornflour.
  17. You need 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.

Beef Fry kabab step by step

  1. In a chopper put boneless beef, salt, chilli powder, red chilli flakes, Chaat masala powder, dhania powder, cumin powder, gram masala powder, chana powder and grind till everything is properly grinded and mixed together..
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,yogurt (with water drained from it), Kacha papaya, cornflour, green chilli paste and mix it well..
  3. Keep the grinded batter in a deep bowl and cover it. (Leave it on room temperature for 25-30 mins)..
  4. Burn a coal n place it inbetween the beef batter then the cover it for five mins..
  5. Fry kabab in oil. (Can increase oil from 1/2 to 1 cup, according to your choice)..
  6. Fry kabab is ready to serve with parathas..
