- You need 250 gms of Green Beans.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Gingelly Oil.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
- It's 1 Pinch of hing/asafoetida.
- It's 2 tsp of curry leaves.
- It's 1 Pinch of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tablespoon of grated Coconut.
Green Beans Stir Fry step by step
- Clean and cut the green beans finely.
- Temper the ingredients with little oil.
- Put the green beans in the kadai with salt and turmeric powder and cook it covered for 10mins in medium flame.
- Once it's done add red chilli powder and give it a nice mix, keep the pan open and cook for 5 more mins.
- Now you can add the fresh grated Coconut to enhance the flavour of Green beans and it's ready to eat, you can have this as a side dish for any curry of your choice.
