Ingredients of Green Beans Stir Fry

  1. You need 250 gms of Green Beans.
  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Gingelly Oil.
  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
  4. It's 1 Pinch of hing/asafoetida.
  5. It's 2 tsp of curry leaves.
  6. It's 1 Pinch of Turmeric powder.
  7. It's 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  8. You need to taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1 tablespoon of grated Coconut.

Green Beans Stir Fry step by step

  1. Clean and cut the green beans finely.
  2. Temper the ingredients with little oil.
  3. Put the green beans in the kadai with salt and turmeric powder and cook it covered for 10mins in medium flame.
  4. Once it's done add red chilli powder and give it a nice mix, keep the pan open and cook for 5 more mins.
  5. Now you can add the fresh grated Coconut to enhance the flavour of Green beans and it's ready to eat, you can have this as a side dish for any curry of your choice.
