- It's 2 of Carrot.
- It's 1 cup of green peas.
- You need 100 gms of beans.
- It's of potatoes 2 big.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies.
- It's leaves of coriander.
- It's 3 pieces of Brown bread.
- It's 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of tumeric.
- It's 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Jeera.
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need of oil to shallow fry.
Mixed Veg Cutlet instructions
- Boil potatoes and green peas and keep it aside..
- Clean and chop beans,Clean,peel and finely chop carrot and coriander leaves..
- Heat saucepan,add little oil,then jeera. Allow it to splutter and then add chopped beans.Put some salt and cover it till it is cooked..
- Smashed potatoes in a bowl. Mix peas,carrot and cooked beans to it. Then add all the dry masalas and coriander leaves to this vegetable mixture..
- Soak bread in fresh water and squeeze the water and mix it to the vegetable mixture..
- Nicely mix all the ingredient to make dough. Heat tawa and put oil just enough to shallow fry the cutlet..
- Take big size ball of vegetable mixture and make round out of it. Then press gently to flatten to make cutlet shape.Take sooji in a plate, add chilli powder,little salt and garam masala and mix well.Place these cutlet on sooji and press on both sides, so that it is coated properly with sooji. Arrange them in plate keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours. This is required,so that sooji will not spread in oil and cutlet will not break..
- Place this cutlet on tawa and roast it on slow flame till it turns slightly brown on both the sides..
- Repeat this with rest of the mixture.Serve hot with tomato sauce..
