- Prepare 1 large of Yeller Onion (Diced).
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Liquid Smoke (Whichever flavor suits you).
- Prepare 1 of Green Bell Pepper (Diced).
- Prepare 1 clove of Garlic (Diced).
- It's 3 tbsp of Chili Powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of Worchestire Sauce.
- It's 1/4 cup of Pepperoncini Juice (I know its strange but it does make a difference).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Crushed Red Pepper (Or however much you can handle sissy).
- You need 1 tbsp of Red Tabasco (I like the flavor).

- Brown Prairie Meat in a skillet.
- I use a 6 qt. Crock Pot...add all other ingredients...don't bother draining off juices from cans..
- Once meat is brown, drain grease and add to pot..
- I will bring all this to a boil, stirring occasionally then cook on low until Bell Peppers are soft..
- Since I use a crock pot, I will let this sit on low all day, stirring occasionally..
