  4. Prepare 48 oz of Stewed Diced Maters.
  5. You need 14 oz of Green Chili's (Canned or hatch).
  6. Prepare 1 large of Yeller Onion (Diced).
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of Liquid Smoke (Whichever flavor suits you).
  8. Prepare 1 of Green Bell Pepper (Diced).
  9. Prepare 1 clove of Garlic (Diced).
  10. It's 3 tbsp of Chili Powder.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of Worchestire Sauce.
  12. It's 1/4 cup of Pepperoncini Juice (I know its strange but it does make a difference).
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp of Crushed Red Pepper (Or however much you can handle sissy).
  14. You need 1 tbsp of Red Tabasco (I like the flavor).
  15. It's 1 tbsp of Salt.

  1. Brown Prairie Meat in a skillet.
  2. I use a 6 qt. Crock Pot...add all other ingredients...don't bother draining off juices from cans..
  3. Once meat is brown, drain grease and add to pot..
  4. I will bring all this to a boil, stirring occasionally then cook on low until Bell Peppers are soft..
  5. Since I use a crock pot, I will let this sit on low all day, stirring occasionally..
