- It's 1 bunch of spinach.
- It's 1 of potato cubed.
- It's 7-8 of flat beans chopped.
- You need 1 of brinjal cubed.

If using fresh spinach Add the chopped spinach and mix well. - Chop spinach roughly,wash and drain water.Heat oil and fry the lentil dumplings.Set aside.Sprinkle dry red chilli and paanch phoron.When they crackle,fry the brinjal and set aside.Then lightly fry the flat beans and set aside.Then add cubed potato and radish.Sprinkle some salt,mix and fry in low heat covered.When half done,add the flat beans,dumplings and chopped spinach.Spinach has water so vegetables will be cooked in it's own juice..
- If needed,sprinkle some water.Add brinjal,turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste and toss.Cook till the curry is well fried and dry.Serve with rice..
