Ingredients of Tindora Fry

  1. It's 1 of . Tindora - 250gm.
  2. It's 2 of . Mustard - 1/2 tsp.
  3. It's 3 of . Cumin - 1 tsp.
  4. You need 4 of . Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
  5. You need 5 of . Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
  6. You need 6 of . Onion - 1 sliced thinly.
  7. You need 7 of . Salt - as needed.
  8. You need 8 of . Oil - 1 tbsp.

Tindora Fry instructions

  1. 1. Wash tindora in running cold water nicely and cut thinly. Keep aside. 2. Heat a tbsp of oil in kadai add mustard and cumin. Once it starts to splutter add sliced onion and saute till onion change colour..
  2. 3. Add the sliced tindora, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Add enough salt. Mix nicely. Close with lid and cook in medium flame for another 3 minutes. 4. Open the lid stir it if it is not cook yet close lid and cook for another couple minutes..
  3. 5. Serve hot with any sambar. Sometimes i wish to have with roti or phulka..
