Ingredients of Mixed Vegetable Cutlet

  1. It's 1/4 cup of Carrot cut into small pieces.
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of Beans cut into small pieces.
  3. It's 1/4 cup of peas.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of Beetroot cut into small pieces.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of Potatoes cut into small pieces.
  6. You need 1 of Large Onion chopped finely.
  7. You need 1 Tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  8. You need few of Curry leaves chopped.
  9. You need few of Coriander leaves chopped.
  10. You need 2 Tbsp of Chilli powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  13. You need 2 Tbsp of Maida flour.
  14. You need 1 cup of Bread Crumbs.
  15. You need as per your taste of Salt.

  17. You need as required of Oil for Deep frying.

  1. Add all the vegetables in the pressure cooker. Add some water till vegetables soak and some salt. Place the cooker in the stove and cook for 1 whistle..
  2. Open when the pressure goes off and mash the vegetables..
  3. Place a sautepan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add 2 Tbsp Oil..
  4. When the oil gets heat add onions and curry leaves. Saute till onions becomes translucent..
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins. Keep the flame in medium..
  6. Add the mashed vegetables, turmeric powder,chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well. Saute well for 2 mins. Add some coriander leaves and mix. Check for salt. Switch off the flame. Cool the mixture completely and make small balls out of it..
  7. In a small bowl add maida and some water. Mix well to form a paste..
  8. Pour the oil in a deep frying pan and place it the stove. Switch on the flame..
  9. Pat the balls to a disc shape, dip it in maida batter and coat it in bread crumbs on all sides..
  10. Then deep fry it in oil until it becomes brown colour. Drain them in an absorbent paper. (You can also shallow fry in a frying pan).
  11. Cutlet is ready to serve with tomato sauce or chilli sauce..
