- It's 1 Cup of Whole Green Moong Dal.
- It's 1 of Onion chopped.
- You need 2 of Garlic Crushed.
- You need 1/2 of " Ginger Crushed.

- It's leaves of Few fresh Coriander.
- It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.

Moong Dal Fry step by step
- Wash the dal twice properly. Boil in pressure cooker for 3 whistle. After 3 whistle. Switch of the gas. Cool it and take out lid. Once it is done. Keep aside..
- Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds, few curry leaves and 1 dry red chilli. Let it crackle for few minutes..
- Add chopped onion. Fry till it becomes light brown in colour. Then add chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, a pinch of crushed garlic and ginger. Saute it for few minutes..
- Slow the flame add all the masala, hing. Saute it for few minutes. Once it is done. Add boil dal. Mix it properly. Add water as needed. Add salt to taste. Cook till it becomes gravy..
