Ingredients of Veggie Burger

  1. You need 2 of Burger buns.
  2. It's 2 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
  3. Prepare 2 slices of Tomato.
  4. You need 4-5 slices of Colliflower.
  5. Prepare 1/2 of Chat masala.
  6. It's 1/2 tbsp of Garam masala.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  8. You need of Salt as per taste.
  9. Prepare of Veg oil.
  10. Prepare 300 gm of potato.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of boiled tendee green peas.
  12. You need 2 of breads.

Veggie Burger step by step

  1. Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them.
  2. Mash the green peas.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Add all spices in it.
  5. Add green chillies salt.
  6. Mix it well.
  7. Add 1/2 breadcrums in the mixture.
  8. Mix it.
  9. Heat the pan.
  10. Make ball of it.
  11. Add bread crums in it.
  12. Add ticki on the pan.
  13. Now tikki is ready.
  14. Cut the bun in 2 parts.
  15. Toast the bun until turns crisp.
  16. Add tomato sauce on the bun.
  17. Add mayonnaise on it.
  18. Add tikki in bun.
  19. Sprinke the chat masala.
  20. Add green chilli on another bun.
  21. Now it is ready to serve.
