- You need 500 g (1 pound) of minced beef.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 1 tin of mixed chilli beans.
- Prepare 1 packet of microwaveable rice.
- It's 1 clove of garlic.
- Prepare 1/2 (1 tin) of chopped tomatoes.
- It's of More chilli powder if you like more spice.

- Gently fry off the onion and garlic making sure they don't burn then put to one side before frying of the mince.
- Add ½ a tin of chopped tomatoes to the mince meat along with the mixed beans.
- Add back the onion and garlic to the minced meat along with tomatoes puree and more chilli if you prefer spicy food..
- Add one beef stock cube for some extra flavour and a small amount of black pepper.
- Heat the rice in the microwave for the amount of time it instructs in the packaging.
- You can always put some plain yogurt on your chilli if you want it to become a bit more mild.
