Ingredients of Easy Chilli
- You need 500 g of Lean beef mince.
- Prepare 2 of chopped peppers.
- You need 1 of chopped onion.
- You need 1 of garlic clove.
- Prepare 1 can of chopped tomatoes.
- You need 1 can of red kidney beans.
- Prepare Half of can of refried beans.
- You need 1 of fresh chilli.
- You need of Salt and pepper.
- You need leaves of Coriander.
Easy Chilli instructions
- Chop the pepper, onion, garlic and chilli. (My chopping isn't exactly Michelin standard but it will still taste good!).
- Heat the chopped vegetables (including the chilli) in a pan until softened..
- Add the mince and stir in until brown. Season with salt and pepper (and chilli powder if you like it hotter)..
- Once mince is brown add can of chopped tomatoes, half can of refried beans and can of kidney beans and stir into the mix until any excess liquid is reduced..
- Add coriander leaves, stir and serve with any accompaniment you fancy. Today I've picked couscous. ENJOY!.
