Ingredients of Easy Chilli

  1. You need 500 g of Lean beef mince.
  2. Prepare 2 of chopped peppers.
  3. You need 1 of chopped onion.
  4. You need 1 of garlic clove.
  5. Prepare 1 can of chopped tomatoes.
  6. You need 1 can of red kidney beans.
  7. Prepare Half of can of refried beans.
  8. You need 1 of fresh chilli.
  9. You need of Salt and pepper.
  10. You need leaves of Coriander.

Easy Chilli instructions

  1. Chop the pepper, onion, garlic and chilli. (My chopping isn't exactly Michelin standard but it will still taste good!).
  2. Heat the chopped vegetables (including the chilli) in a pan until softened..
  3. Add the mince and stir in until brown. Season with salt and pepper (and chilli powder if you like it hotter)..
  4. Once mince is brown add can of chopped tomatoes, half can of refried beans and can of kidney beans and stir into the mix until any excess liquid is reduced..
  5. Add coriander leaves, stir and serve with any accompaniment you fancy. Today I've picked couscous. ENJOY!.
