- Prepare 10 of Fresh Red Chillies.
- It's 2 tbsp of Mustard Dal.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Crushed Black Pepper.
- You need 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Hing.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- It's 1 1/2 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare 3 tsp of Lemons Juice.

- Wash the chillies and dry them properly.Cut them into long pieces after removing seeds..
- Now add lemon juice..
- Heat the oil and add Hing and then let it cool down..
- Once it cools down and is lukewarm add Salt,Turmeric powder,Saunf,Crushed Black Pepper,Mustard Dal and once this Masala cools down,mix it with the Red Chillies..
- Now keep in a storing jar and keep in the fridge.You can keep this pickle for 1 month in the fridge..
