- Prepare 4 tsp of Mustard Dal.
- You need 2 tsp of Fenugreek Seeds (coursely crushed).
- It's 3 of Fennel seeds (coursely crushed).
- You need 1 tsp of Black pepper (coursely crushed).
- It's 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida.
- You need 50 gms of Oil (warm).
- It's 2 of lemon juice.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.

- Wash Fresh Red Chillies.Strain it and make them dry on cloth..
- Cut them Deseeds it and make it more parts, add half salt and half Turmeric powder. Mix it well and keep for overnight..
- Next day strain it And put all pieces on clean dry cloth for 5-6 hours. Don't keep in sunlight..
- Take a bowl add Fenugreek coursely crushed, mustard dal..
- In the same add remaining salt, remaining turmeric powder, fennel seeds coursely crushed, pepper coursely crushed and asafoetida.
- Mix all the ingredients well..
- Warm the oil in a pan. Add into the mix..
- Now squeeze lemon juice in the same..
- Mix it all well..
- Now add all dry chillies and mix it well..
- Keep it for 6-7 hrs in the bowl and repeatedly mix it time to time. After that fill it in air tight container or glass jar..
