  6. Now heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Now add onion paste and saute till onion get changed to light brown colour..
  7. Now add tomato paste and again saute for 5 mins. The mixture will leave butter on it's sides..
  8. Now add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Saute for 2 mins. Then put jackfruit pieces and water in it and mix well..
  9. Cover with a lid and let it cool for another 5 mins. After 5 mins add kasoori methi and mix well..
  10. Yummy kathal butter masala is ready to serve..
