Awadhi Malai Gobhi Paneer step by step
- Spray some oil on flower and paneer and air fry it for 10 mins at 320 F..
- Rotate it little and again air fry for 3 mins till it's golden brown..
- Now in a pan take oil on medium flame and give tadka of seeds, chilli cloves, bay leaf and cardamom..
- Add tomato and cook it. Till time make the paste of cashews as per above ingredients of paste section..

- Add curd and cream mix well then add remaining spices and kewra water in it and cover with lid..
