- First cut jack fruit remove the middle part of strong bone of jack fruit, cut small pieces then put in the pressure cooker with required water and little salt.

- Now put ghee in the same pan add the bay leaves, garam masala, and the hing powder and stir..
- Now add the onion tomato masala keep stirring add the termaric powder and red chilli powder mix well keep a stir.
- When oil comes out from the gravy add the jeera dhania powder, garam masala powder give it a well mix.
- Next add the kashmir red chilli powder, mango powder, kasuri methi mix well add the honey.
- Add required water mix well boil in high flame of the oven for few minutes then low the flame of the oven.
