Ingredients of Kathal pulao
- It's 200 gm of kathal or raw jackfruit.
- It's 1 cup of basmati chawal.
- You need 1 cup of dahi.
- You need 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

- Soak basmati rice in water for 30-45min.

- Rice should be fully cover in water. Don't add more than that. Cook for 1-2 whistle and it's done..
