  1. Prepare 250 gm of paneer.
  2. Prepare 2 of cheese cubes.
  3. You need handful of coriander leaves.
  4. It's Handful of mint leaves.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of amchur(dry mango) powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1/3 tsp of Carom seeds.

  1. Take a mixing bowl add grated paneer,mint coriander, grated cheese,red chilli,turmeric,amchur powder,Chaat masala,ajwain.
  2. Then take wheat dough and make a roundel out of it then roll it into medium size with the help of rolling pin.
  3. Then add add the stuffing and start folding it from the edge and make it round and again roll it and don't make it too thin or too thick.
  4. Heat a pan on medium flame.then Transfer the paratha on the pan.
  5. Fry the paneer parathas on both the sides until you see golden to light brown spots on both the sides.Once done turn off the flame.
  6. Serve it hot with curd, pickle and enjoy your paratha.
