- Prepare 250 gm of paneer.
- Prepare 2 of cheese cubes.
- You need handful of coriander leaves.
- It's Handful of mint leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of amchur(dry mango) powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/3 tsp of Carom seeds.

- Take a mixing bowl add grated paneer,mint coriander, grated cheese,red chilli,turmeric,amchur powder,Chaat masala,ajwain.
- Then take wheat dough and make a roundel out of it then roll it into medium size with the help of rolling pin.
- Then add add the stuffing and start folding it from the edge and make it round and again roll it and don't make it too thin or too thick.
- Heat a pan on medium flame.then Transfer the paratha on the pan.
- Fry the paneer parathas on both the sides until you see golden to light brown spots on both the sides.Once done turn off the flame.
- Serve it hot with curd, pickle and enjoy your paratha.
