- You need 2 of tomatoes pureed.

- Cut the paneer into cubes and boil water adding salt.
- Now heat oil and fry the paneer with a sprinkle of salt and turmeric powder.
- Now soak it into the warm water and keep aside.
- Now in the same pan add oil and temper cumin seeds,bay leaf and whole garam masala.
- Add the puree and mix well,bring it to boil.
- Now add fennel seeds powder and dry ginger powder and boil.
- Finally add the paneer and a little bit of sugar, switch off and serve.
