- Firstly heat oil in a kadahi now add chopped kathal pieces in it and fry them.
- Fry the jack fruit until they get light golden colour keep aside.
- Now heat oil in a pan add jeera onion paste soute this mixture very well now add ginger garlic paste and again saute,fry this untill the onion get in light brown colour.
- Now add tomato puree, red chilli, turmeric powder, corrinder powder, salt and saute this mixture and cook8-10minutes on low flame.
- Now add fried jackfruit and 1/2cup water in it and cover cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Now add garam Masala kasoori methi,,mango powder and corrinder leaves.
- Serve this tasty masala jackfruit,with roti or paratha.
