- You need 1 Cup of coconut Grinded.
- Prepare ½ Teaspoon of Cumin.

Tender jackfruit curry (Iddichakka thoran) instructions
- Remove the skin of the jackfruit.And cut the fleshy part into chunks..
- Place it in a vessel and add tumeric,salt, 1 cup water and allow it to cook.Please make sure that it doesnot get over cooked or mashed.When water gets evaporated remove it from flame and allow it to cool..
- Grind the grated coconut,garlic,green chillies and cummin into a coarse form..
- When jackfruit has cooled mince it with a mixer grinder in turns..
- Keep minced jackfruit into a plate.To this add the coconut mixture and mix well with hands..
- Heat oil in a pan.Sputter mustard seeds followed by dried red chillies and curry leaves..
- To this add jackfruit-coconut mix and mix well.Add salt if required..
- Lower the flame and let it remain for another 10 mins and then serve with rice..
