- Prepare 12 of Jackfruit Seed.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seed.
- Prepare 1 of Curry leaf string.
- You need 1 of onion Small.
- It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 3 of Garlic flakes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt depends or more.
- You need 1 small bunch of Coriander leaves for garnish.
Add the ground masala and roast it till red. Add the tomatoes and cook till soft and then add the jackfruit seeds and lower the flame and shake the vessel from side to side. Spicy, sweetish vadas made from cooked jackfruit seeds. Sometimes, jackfruit is soaked in syrup and canned.

- In a pressure cooker add some water and the jackfruit seeds with a pinch of salt. Wait for 1 whistle and switch off the gas. Unskin the jackfruit seed, chop it fine and keep it aside..
- In a kadai pour some oil and wait for it to heat up..
- Add Cumin seeds and curry leaves and wait once its starts to splutter..
- Add Onion and garlic finely chopped and saute till light brown..
- Now add the turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander power and salt. Mix well..
- Last add the jackfruit seeds that was finely chopped and mix till the masala is coated. In a slow flame cook the dish for another 10 mins. Add 1/2 cup water as you wish..
- Once the seed is well cooked switch off the flame and garnish it with Coriander leaves..
