- Prepare 3 tbsp of Mustard Oil -.
- You need 1 tsp of Mustard seeds -.

- Wash the green chillies and pat dry with kitchen towel. Slit them and Keep aside..
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the asafoetida and mustard seeds saute it for few seconds. Add green chillies saute for 2-3 mins in low-medium heat..
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well till everything is incorporated nicely and take off the flame..
- Add the lemon juice and mix well. Let it cool down completely and store it in an air tight jar or container..
- Note - Handle with a clean spoon on ever serving and refrigerate it after every serving..
