  1. You need 10-12 of Green Chillies.
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of Oil.
  3. You need 1 pinch of Asafoetida (Hing).
  4. You need 1 tsp of Fennel Seeds (Saunf).
  5. You need 1 tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai).
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Yellow Mustard Powder (Pili Sarson).
  7. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Black Mustard Powder (Kali Sarson).
  8. Prepare As per taste of Salt.
  9. It's 2 tsp of Lemon Juice.

  1. Take green chillies wash them well, and make slit on them. Then take a thick bottom wok keep flame on low medium put oil in it. Once oil get heat put asafoetida fennel seeds whole black mustard seeds and then put chillies in it and stir it for 2 - 3 min..
  2. Then put yellow mustard powder & black mustard powder and stir it nicely. Now slow down the flame, put lemon juice and cover it wit a lid, then cook it for 2 - 3 min and switch off the flame. Now it's ready to serve..
