Ingredients of Chilli Tofu
- Prepare 1/2 of Tofu Paneer Bowl / , Cubes.
- Prepare 1 of Onion , medium-sized , Sliced.
- It's 1 of Green Capsicum , Thinly Sliced.
- It's 1 of Tomato , small - sized , Diced.
- You need 4 of Green Chillies , Chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Ginger Paste.
- It's 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Paste.
- You need 1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder.
- Prepare 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 2 Tablespoons of Green Bell Peppers.
- You need 1 Tablespoon of Chilli Sauce.
- You need 1 Tablespoon of Soya Sauce.
- It's 2 Tablespoons of Corn Flour.
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Vinegar.
- You need as required of Water.
- It's of Oil , for frying.
- You need To Taste of Salt.
- It's 1 Teaspoon of Sesame seeds.
- It's 1 Bunch of Green onion.
Chilli Tofu instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over a high heat. Add garlic-ginger paste, capsicum, bell peppers and tomato. Toss well.
- Add tofu or paneer in to the mixture and Stir it. Then add soya sauce, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli sauce and green chillies.Cook frequently for few minutes.
- Add corn flour with required water to make gravy then add salt as per taste. Mix well and cook over high flame till the mixture get thickens. Add vinegar and combined well. Turn off the heat.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds if needed and serve hot chilli tofu with rice.
