- You need 250 gm of paneer.
- You need 2 tsp of besan/gram flour(for crispyness and healthy).
- Prepare 4-5 of onions.
- Prepare 2 tsp of maida/All purpose flour.
- You need 1 tsp of cornflour.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Soya sauce.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Vinegar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Green chiili sauce.
- You need 2 tsp of Ketchup.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- You need 1 tsp of Organeo.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper Powder.

- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
Cheese Chilli (restaurant style) step by step
- Firstly take a bowl...add 2 tsp besan,2tsp maida,1 tsp cornflour...and add spices...now add water slowly slowly and make a thick batter...now add panneer in batter and mix it gently.
- Now take a pan....put the paneer in oil for fry one by one........now put aside these paneer and chopped onion and capsicum....i prefer onions in two shapes(shown in pictures...one is chopped and one is shell shape).
- Take another pan for tadka..and add ginger garlic paste and capsicum...when capsicum cooked properly then add onions...now add soya sauce,ketchup,green chiili sauce,vinegar,and spices.
- Now add chilli flakes and organeo and mix it properly.....now add some water and cook it till water evaporates.
- When when water evaporates...add paneer and mix it gently...cheese chiilly is ready...add some arganeo for garnishing.
