- Prepare 400 gms of Paneer cut into triangular pcs,.

- You need 1/2 tsp of dry ginger powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of saunf powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.

Dhaniya Paneer step by step
- Firstly take a mixing bowl, add diluted ginger garlic paste & salt, mix it well..
- Add paneer pcs, merinate it for 1 hr, keep aside..
- Now take a pan, add desi ghee, heat it, shallow fry paneer pieces till light brown. Keep aside..
- Take a wok, add oil, heat it..
- Add dalchini, saute it for a sec..
- Now add chopped onion, stir fry it till light brown..
- Add ginger garlic grated, saute it till light brown..
- Mix all powdered masala with dahi, add it to the masala, mix it well, add salt also..
- Add kaju paste now, stir it..
- Add brown onion paste, mix well. Cook it at moderate flame for a while..
- Now add a good amount of dhania patta chopped, stir it nicely. Add paneer pieces now. Stir it gently..
- Sprinkle some water, cover it with the lid, give a dum for 5-7 minutes at low flame..
- Open the lid after a while..
- Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves & slitted green chilli..
