Ingredients of Soyabean Chilli

  2. Prepare 10-12 tsp of Cornflour.
  3. It's of Salt.
  4. You need of Orange food colour.
  5. It's of Water.
  6. It's of Oil for frying.
  7. You need of Oil for cooking.
  8. You need 1 of Roughly chopped onion.
  9. You need 1/2 of Roughly chopped Capcicum.
  10. Prepare of Roughly chopped cabbage little.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Sezwan sauce.
  12. You need 3-4 tsp of Chilli sauce.
  13. It's 2 tsp of Soyasauce.
  14. You need of Ching's paneer chilli masala.
  15. It's of Chopped Spring onion.

Soyabean Chilli step by step

  1. Take 250 gm of soyabean and soak it for 1 hour and squeeze out the extra water then add 10-12 tsp cornflour,add salt per taste..
  2. Now add food colour which is optional add 2-3 tsp of water and mix well and coat with the corn flour..
  3. Hear oil in kadai and deep fry the the soyabean in high flame..
  4. In another pan heat some oil and add roughly chopped onion 1 roughly chopped Capcicum 1/2.
  5. Add a bit of roughly chopped cabbage and cook for 2 minutes. Then add water.... then add 1 tbsp of sechwan chutney..
  6. Then add 3-4 tsp of green chillie sauce, 2 tsp of soya sauce and mix well.when it comes to boil add ching's paneer chilli masala and mix well..
  7. When it boils add fired soyabean balls and cook for 2 minutes.Then add chopped spring onion..
  8. Mix well and serve with noodles..
