- You need 200 gms of Paneer.
- You need 4-5 of onions sliced.
- You need 3 of Tomatoes Chopped.
- It's 7-8 cloves of garlic.
- Prepare As required of Ginger & greenchilli paste.
- It's 1 tsp of jeera.
- Prepare 2-3 of dry red chillies.
- Prepare 2-3 cloves of (laung).
- You need 1 of cinnamon stick.
- It's 8-10 of (black pepper).
- Prepare 2 of Cardamoms.
- It's 1 tbsp of Garam masala powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare As required of Oil.
- Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
- Prepare 8-10 of cashews.
- You need Handful of Coriander for garnishing.
- You need 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
- It's As per taste of Salt.
Paneer Lababdar step by step
- Take oil in pan add all dry masala add onions, garlic, ginger, greenchilli and cook for 5 mins..
- Then add tomatoes cook untill tomatoes become soft, Add cashews and let it cook for 2 mins cool down mixture and grind in form of gravy, take 2 tbsp curd and whisk well (cream also you can add).
- Take oil in pan add 1 tsp butter now add gravy and let it cook for 10 min on slow flame then add all masala's and grated paneer around 50 gms..
- Finally rest cut paneer cubes add to the cooked gravyy add kasoori methi and serve with roti, naan, rice..
