- It's 250 gm. of paneer.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum.
- Prepare 2 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of corn flour.
- You need 2 tbsp of plain flour.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies.
- It's 1-2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- You need 1-2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of chopped spring onion.
- It's 3-4 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1-2 tbsp of black pepper.
- You need to taste of salt.
Chilli Paneer instructions
- Add corn flour and plain flour in a mixing bowl,add salt,black pepper and some water...
- Dip cubed paneer in this mixture,and deep fry it..
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic,green chilli,capsicum,tomatoes and onion to it.saute them and stir fry it..
- Now add all sauces and mix well..
- Add water and let it boil...
- Add salt and fried paneer to it and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes..
- Add spring onion and mix well.....
