Ingredients of Paneer Chaap
- It's 150 gms of Paneer (Cottage cheese).
- Prepare 1 of Medium size Onion.
- You need 2-3 of Garlic cloves.
- Prepare 2 inches of Ginger.
- You need 2-3 of Dry Red Chillies.
- You need 1 Teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Oil.
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Ghee.
- It's 3 Teaspoons of Poppy seeds.
- It's 2 Teaspoons of Melon Seeds.
- It's 7-8 of Cashew nuts.
- Prepare As per taste of Salt.
- You need As needed of water.
- It's As required of Dry Masala(Cardamom,Cinnamon,clove).
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder.
- It's 1 Teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Keora Water.
Paneer Chaap step by step
- Take 150 gm Paneer and cut into pieces..
- Fry it until it looks golden brown in colour..
- Make a paste of 1 medium size Onion,3 garlic cloves,2 inches Ginger,3 dry red chillies and 1 tsp cumin powder..
- Take a bowl and put 3 teaspoons poppy seeds,2 Teaspoons Melon Seeds and 7 cashew nuts.Keep it for 10 mins..
- After 10 mins, make a paste of it and keep aside..
- Take a pan,heat oil.Put the dry Masala (Cinnamon, Cardamom clove).
- Put the onion paste and fry until it removes oil..
- Now add 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1tsp red chili powder..
- Then add cashew paste and cook for 5 mins..
- Add 1/2 cup of water and cover it for 5 mins..
- Add salt as per taste and put the fried paneer.cook for 2 mins..
- Now add 1 tsp Keora Water and sprinkle 1/2 tsp ghee..
- Serve hot with Veg Biryani..
