Ingredients of Chicken Burger
- Prepare 150 g of chicken breast/thigh.
- It's of Burger bun.
- Prepare of Tomato.
- Prepare of Onion.
- It's of Corriander.
- Prepare 1/2 of Egg.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of breadcrumbs.
- Prepare of Lettuce.
- You need of Cheese (optional).
- It's of Mayonnaise, mustard and margarine (optional).
- Prepare of Cooking oil.
- It's of Spices.
- You need of Paprika.
- You need of Chilli powder.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Prepare of Black and white pepper.
Chicken Burger instructions
- Mince the chicken with a food processor. I dont have one so i froze it then grated it. Lol... Worked perfectly..
- Transfer the minced chicken to a bowl and add some corriander and spices of choice. Mould it into a patty, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes..
- Add oil heat approx. 1-2 tbsp of oil on a pan and place the chicken patty. Cook each side for approx 5 mins on both sides. Once ready, place the cheese on one side and allow it to melt on the patty when its still on the heat..
- Place the onions on the side to allow the to cook. Very lityke so you have the crunch..
- Meanwhile, slice the burger bun into to, toast it if you wish. Spread mayo on the bottom slice, add the lettuce, tomatoes, the chicken (cheese) patty ane onion. Spread mayo and mustard on the top layer and ENJOOOY!!! #CHEATMEAL.
