- Heat oil in a cooker,add cloves,green cardamom,black pepper,bay leaf,pinch of asfoetida and green chilli....let them crackle..
- Add chopped potato,jackfruit and onion,cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and stir it occasionally..
- Now add all dry spices,fresh cream,chopped tomato and salt,mix it nicely and cook it by stirring until spices releases oil..
- Add water as needed and chopped coriander leaves and allow it to blow 2 whistle on medium flame..
