  1. You need 200 gms of fresh Paneer.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of fresh Green Peas.
  3. You need 1 of Capsicum(roughly chopped).
  4. You need 2 tbsp of oil.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. You need 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of coriander powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  10. You need 1/4 of lemon.
  11. It's 1 tbsp of salt/to taste.

Paneer Masala Dry step by step

  1. Dice Paneer into small cubes.Fry the paneer cubes in 1/2 tbsp oil.Keep them aside..
  2. To the same pan/kadhai add 1 1/2 tbsp oil.Add cumin seeds.As they start to crackle add all the dry spices.Add capsicum,Paneer and green peas to it.Add salt and mix well..
  3. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.Add garam masala.Squeeze 1/4 lime and mix well.Let it cook for a minute or two and then transfer to a serving bowl.Enjoy with hot chapatis..
