- You need 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- It's 2 tsp of Whole Coriander seeds.

- Prepare 1 of each Red and yellow bell pepper(optional).
- It's 2 tsp of Fresh coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Fresh ginger slices.

- Dry roast the whole Coriander seeds and crush them. Set aside..
- Saute the onions in oil and add the ginger garlic paste.Add the tomatoes too..
- Add the dry chillies and the turmeric powder..
- Add the red chillies powder, salt and the toasted Dhaniya seeds.
- Saute and add the capsicum slices. You can use all 4 colour peppers too..

- Add the cubed Paneer..
- Mix and cover and cook for 5 mins..
