- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

- Heat oil in a pan add cummin after that add finely chopped garlic green chilli fry until they turn golden then add finely chopped onion fry them for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste and all powdered spices and cook until oil separates from gravy then add paneer.
- Mix well add malai and milk now let it cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
