- For making pakoda:---------- Mix all ingredients except oil. Mix everything well to coat the onion with flour. Add some water as required..
- Heat oil in a pan or frying pan to deep fry the pakoras. Take a small amount of mixture and make small pakoras and add it to the oil..
- Fry them till they become golden. keep it aside..
- For Gravy:---------- Place the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and onions and fry them..
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix it..
- Add tomatoes and fry them continuously till they become soft..
- Mix with water and cook covered for five minutes. Garnish with coriander..
