  2. Heat oil in a pan or frying pan to deep fry the pakoras. Take a small amount of mixture and make small pakoras and add it to the oil..
  3. Fry them till they become golden. keep it aside..
  4. For Gravy:---------- Place the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and onions and fry them..
  5. Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix it..
  6. Add tomatoes and fry them continuously till they become soft..
