Ingredients of Soyabean Aloo Gravy
- Prepare 1 cup of soyabean (soaked in hot water and squeeze the excess water).
- You need 2 of medium sized potatoes boiled and cut in dice.
- You need 1 of medium sized onion sliced.
- You need 1 of medium sized tomato finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of green chilli paste.
- It's As needed of oil.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 of garam masala powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Water.
Soyabean Aloo Gravy step by step
- In a pan heat the 1 tbsp oil add boiled potatoes and salt and fry it untill it's become golden brown. Remove it into a plate. In same pan again add 1 tbsp oil and fry the soaked soyabean and salt untill they also turns golden brown. Also remove the soyabean in other plate.
- Now in the same pan heat the 2 tbsp oil add cumin seeds and dry red chilli. Few seconds later add sliced onion cook it till it's turn transparent..
- Now add ginger garlic paste and all dry spices and mix it well. Now add chopped tomatoes and 1/4 tsp salt mix it well. Cook it untill oil begins to separate..
- When the all spices are cooked well add fried soyabean and fried potatoes and 2 cup water in it (don't use extra salt because we already use salt in soyabean and potatoes during the frying). Cover it with lid and cook it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes..
- Your soyabean aloo gravy is ready serve it with chapati..
