Ingredients of Chana Chilli Paneer
- It's 1 cup of boiled chick peas.
- It's 1 of capsicum (cut into cubes).
- Prepare 1 of onion (cut into cubes).
- Prepare 150 gm of paneer (cut into cubes).
- Prepare 1 of onion finely chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
- It's 2 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1/4 cup of tomato puree.
- You need 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of vinegar.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli sauce or as per taste.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
- You need 2 + 2 +1 tbsp of corn flour.
- You need as needed of some spring onion chopped.
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
Chana Chilli Paneer step by step
- In a bowl add boiled chickpeas and 2 tbsp of cornflour. and toss them well.leave it for few minutes,after that fry them in hot oil till crispy.set aside..
- In another bowl add paneer cubes, 2 tbsp of corn flour,little salt and black pepper powder.mix them well and let it set for 5 mins. after that fry till light golden.set aside..
- Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste,saute it for few secs.add green chilli and finely chopped onion and saute them for a min..
- Add cubed capsicum and onion saute for 2 mins,on high heat.(stir continue.).
- Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar,salt and black pepper. mix well..
- Mix 1tbsp of cornflour and 2 -3 tbsp of water and mix well.add this mixture into gravy pan and stir continuously..
- Now add chickpeas and fried paneer cubes.mix until well combined and switch off the heat.(do not over cook)..
- Add spring onion and mix and serve hot..
