- Mix all the ingredients of Paneer marination nicely and keep covered for 30 mins..
- Take a nonstick pan. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marinated paneer cubes from all the 4 sides till golden brown in low medium flame..
- Remove paneer from the pan. To the same oil add chopped garlic and green chilli.Fry for 1 min..
- Add chopped onion and capsicum. Again fry for 1 min..
- Add all sauces, masalas, paneer and salt. Mix nicely and cook for 1 min to keep the crunchiness intact..
