- It's 100 grams of paneer.
- You need 1 of big bulb spring onion with greens/scallions.
- You need 1-2 of green chillies.
- It's 1 of small capsicum random cut.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp of corn flour.
- It's 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chinese mix spices.
- Prepare 1 tsp of crushed garlic.
- You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
Chilli Paneer step by step
- Cut paneer pieces in shape as desired but minimum 1 1/2 inch width.
- Heat oil saute capsicum,onions, scallions and paneer add the dry spices now..
- Make slurry of corn flour now,add soy sauce to this, add to the ready paneer and onion mix cook 5-7 minutes.Ready to serve.
